A 'One Stop' Shop!
We bought and sold with GLM and both couldn't have gone smoother. We were initially sceptical of the seemingly standard process of an Estate Agent doing the legal side, as well as dealing with all other documentary requirements. But a Power of Attorney allowed Graeme and Romy to deal with all on our behalf, making the whole process stress free. They were also helpful and informative after the sale, advising regarding wills, tax and anything else you may need help with.
As well as being very efficient and knowledgeable, they are also very nice people to deal with!

Excellent service, they go beyond all expectations . They also work well with other agents which seems to be the norm here. Even after the purchase they cleaned the apartment prior to our arrival and changed all the locks. We were new to the area and they helped direct us accordingly.

First time buying a property abroad so I was a bit ignorant with regards to the process . .. Romy and Graham were very professional and helpful throughout … Assisting beyond requirements .. Providing lifts for family members and ensuring an easy and comfortable completion …. A gift pack from the company was left in the apartment which was a nice touch … I would thoroughly recommend GLM to anyone who is considering buying a property in and around Los Alcazares etc .
