Sale of apartment Both Romy and Graeme were very helpful over the sale of my apartment. It took just a few weeks for the right buyer to put in an offer and everything was efficiently dealt with after that. I do not hesitate in recommending GLM Property.Posted on Facebook

Graeme and Romy are simply the best. I was very nervous about trusting a real estate company in Spain from hearing a lot of bad stories online. I done extensive research of the area and read all the reviews and finally decided to make contact with GLM and it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I reached out to them and the quick responses to my questions I know I had found the right company to deal with. They have extensive knowledge of the area as they live there and Graeme gave us a tour of the town when we first met. Graeme also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and they were brilliant places to eat. They were extremely accommodating with bringing us to all the properties we requested to view and gave us very honest opinions of certain areas of town to suit our family needs. They go way above and beyond the property search by putting us in touch with the bank and other services we felt were out of of reach at the start. Even though we have purchased a property the door is still always open with GLM and we are so grateful for that. I can not thank them enough and would recommend them to anybody who asks (which I already have numerous times). Thank you so much from our family and helping make our Spanish dream come through.Posted on Google

Clarissa C10 June 2026To be honest, I dont know how to even start. Graeme & Romy made our experience of purchasing our dream property so easy and seamless, that it still feels like a dream. Nothing was too much hassle, no question went unanswered, and having made the offer, etc, we arrived back 4 weeks later to be handed our keys. If you are looking to purchase property in the area, look no further.Posted on Trustindex
Montserrat Llois9 June 2026A fabulous team Graeme and Romy were excellent from when we bought our apartment and also when we had to sell it for health reasons. They are a fabulous team , efficient and making the buy and the sell very stress free for us as they handled everything. They were always at hand and helpful even when we needed a favour and we couldn't get there. A very big thank you to both of you, you make a great team and you made the process of buying and selling perfect 👌 particularly the selling in this difficult times where a serious health issue is involved. Was will man mehr. So geht Hauskauf in Spanien!!!.

Cathy Hellaby3 February 2026We recently purchased a property in Los Alcazares but that would not have happened if it wasn't for the brilliant Romy and Graeme from GLM Property. Their office is located not far the 525 hotel, so easy to find. Romy and Graeme made house purchasing a doddle, they took care of everything - even arranged for the internet to be on when we arrived to pick up the keys. For the full package, friendly approachable people do seek out this company.Posted on Trustindex
Tony28 January 2026Villa Purchase Just excellent from start to finish, from giving us price information on a Saturday evening in 20 minutes (first enquiry) to handing over the keys 7 weeks later. Anne Waller8 January 2026I cannot recommend GLM Property highly enough. If you're looking for property around Los Alcazares this should be your number 1 stop! Graeme & Romy are the ultimate professionals, even coming to work on a Bank Holiday to give us the keys to our 1st Spanish home 🏡. As they live locally, they provided us with invaluable information about local services etc. All in all a 5 star experience!Posted on Trustindex
Rob Hellaby17 December 2025The Complete Package We were fully supported from walking in the door to picking up the keys and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions (and there were many) were answered in a timely manner. Their costs are fair and we paid for GLM to have power of attorney to complete the purchase on our behalf. GLM also supported us by setting up our NIE's, direct debits for all the main bills as well as getting property insurance quotes and arranging for internet connection. It's an exciting time but it can also be quite stressful. There's a lot to learn and we don't speak any Spanish beyond basic words, so having confidence in those around you is vital for reassurance. Look no further than Romy & Graeme. Thank you.Posted on Facebook

Posted on TrustindexJuan Carlos15 September 2025Villa at Los Narejos GLM was recommended to us by someone who had noticed how they stood out from other local agents Their approach is less like that of a salespeople and more like someone who genuinely wants to get you a great deal. You get the impression that Graeme is working with your best interests at heart. The pictures and video were stunning and showed our house in the best possible light. Graeme seemed to love our style and we felt that he was the best guy to represent us and get our house sold. He and Romy were very eficient yet relax enough . There was never any drama - we trusted them both and they got our house sold within two weeks. The whole thing was a surprisingly smooth process and when a potentially stressful situation at the crucial signing of the Deeds arose , Romy stepped in and sorted it all out without any drama . This is a huge plus. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an approach that is professional, personable and efficient.Posted on Google
Steve Smith28 August 2025If looking to buy or sell i highly recommend speaking with GLM. When buying a new house in a country where you are unfamiliar with the buying process then trust and communication with your agent is so important. On the strong recommendation from 2 friends and previous customers of GLM i got in touch with Graeme and Romy when searching for a house. I could not be more impressed . Both Graeme and Romy are ultra professional and work amazingly as a team. You want quick, detailed and easy to understand communication and that's exactly what we got. If one of them was unavailable the other would respond immediately. Nothing was ever too much trouble. All financials were laid out and explained and their service is great value for money. They really do go above and beyond to put you at ease and take all the worry and complexities our of buying a place in Spain. From arranging NIE numbers to setting up all your utilities. Cant thank you enough guysPosted on Google
Peter Tapp14 July 2025We recently purchased a property in Los Alcazares through GLM. Having stayed in the area several times over the previous 2 years we knew where we wanted to buy and had viewed through GLM previously but never progressed for one reason or another. They marketed a property a couple of weeks before we were due to visit in early February ‘25, and we arranged to view shortly after we arrived. Less than 4 weeks later we owned the property thanks to the amazing service provided by Romy and Graeme having given them POA to deal with our purchase when we returned to the UK. The service they provided was exemplary and their knowledge of local property purchasing process is second to none. Every aspect of our purchase that they could deliver, support, or advise and guide us on was handled in a confident, relaxed and positive manner and this resulted in a stress-free purchase from initial viewing to handing over the keys. Further to this they organised our Spanish Wills too! In summary, 100% honest, 100% professional, 100% reliable and 100% recommended!Posted on Google

Posted on Google

The service provided by Graeme and Romy at GLM is just first class and compared to other agents they have the best choice of properties in the area. The viewing process and understanding our budget and requirements meant we didn't waste time looking at properties that were not suitable, important when you have a limited time to view. Tracey Smith1 August 2023From start to finish the service has been exemplary, both Graeme and Romy strike the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. I dealt with mostly Graeme and nothing is too much trouble, he will answer any question with patience, making you feel secure in what is quite a daunting process. So if you were like me, dreading choosing an estate agent, fearful it would all go wrong, stop right now, contact GLM and relax. We have just completed today and they couldn't have helped us more. A big Thank You for all the kindness and expert knowledge.Posted on Google

hayley sooki18 June 2023WOW WOW WOW!!! What can I say GLM Graeme and Romy have been truly amazing in their support in buying our dream home in the sun 🌞 We started our house hunting journey in February this year, we viewed a few properties with various agents and on the day before we was flying back home to the UK we viewed 2 with GLM. We offered on one but offer was declined, Romy took us to sort out POA and open our bank account she set this up in minutes. We travelled back to the UK the next day and we continued to seek properties online. I found one in the same complex as the one we offered and contacted Graeme, he contacted the agents viewed it on our behalf and organised for a video to be sent. We mad an offer and was accepted 😀😀😀. We sat back and Graeme and Romy sorted everything out Nie signing everything. We completed in 7 weeks but was not able to travel over to collect keys until 26th May. Graeme met us at the property and we was so emotional, he had arranged for the property to be cleaned they gave us a lovely card and hamper gift box of wine 🍷 just such a wonderful touch. We literally had to do nothing they set up our direct debits We would 1 million per cent recommend GLM if you are looking to buy you dream home in the sun 🌞 Thank-you both so much for everything l, we can't thank you enough, also a big thanks for having extra keys cut and organising our key safe 😀 Thankyou love Hayley and Rob 😘Posted on Facebook
Sipos Peter10 June 2023I highly recommend them! Not only did they find the apartment that suited all our needs, but they answered all the questions that arose, and since we were not well-versed in administration, they took care of everything. They were always what they promised, they were kind and helpful. It's almost unbelievable that everything went so smoothly thanks to Graeme and Romy. Grateful thanks for that!
