Having stayed in the area several times over the previous 2 years we knew where we wanted to buy and had viewed through GLM previously but never progressed for one reason or another. They marketed a property a couple of weeks before we were due to visit in early February ‘25, and we arranged to view shortly after we arrived. Less than 4 weeks later we owned the property thanks to the amazing service provided by Romy and Graeme having given them POA to deal with our purchase when we returned to the UK. The service they provided was exemplary and their knowledge of local property purchasing process is second to none.
