Das Haus wurde aufgeräumt und sehr sauber ( mit etwas angenehmen Raumduft ,durch die fleißige Reinigungskraft) an uns übergeben. Möbel rein und eingezogen. So geht Hauskauf in Spanien!!!. Having stayed in the area several times over the previous 2 years we knew where we wanted to buy and had viewed through GLM previously but never progressed for one reason or another. They marketed a property a couple of weeks before we were due to visit in early February ‘25, and we arranged to view shortly after we arrived.
